Team Constellation Workshop
Half day
Every participant receives their personalized chart overview before the session, and we spend the morning mapping your team as a whole: where the natural leaders cluster, where the harmony-keepers sit, how decisions actually flow through your group, and what happens when deadlines loom. Afternoon breakout exercises translate insights into working agreements your team designs themselves.

Leadership Exploration Session
Full Day
Astrology for decision-makers. We explore leadership styles through the chart — how each executive gains energy, makes decisions, handles conflict, and burns out — and map how those patterns interact across your leadership team. The day closes with private mini-readings for each participant and a team synthesis session facilitated with the depth of a counseling session.
